Obtaining Oats
Oat seeds have a chance to drop from breaking down tall grass.
Other seed types may also drop.
Exactly 1 Oats will drop from harvesting a fully mature crop. Harvesting an immature crop has a chance of dropping Oats or Oat seeds, with the chance of Oats increasing with the maturity of the crop.
